Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground 1855 Black Angus Beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 sesame burger buns, sliced
  • 4 slices of American cheese if desired
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add dry mixture to ground beef and mix.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce to ground beef mixture.
  5. Form ground beef mixture into 4 patties.
  6. Grill burgers 5-7 minutes on each side, until an internal temperature of 160°F, or the burgers are cooked to your liking.
  7. If adding cheese, place a slice of cheese on top of the burger during the last 30 seconds of cooking and close grill lid to melt.
  8. Add 1 patty to each bun. Top with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Enjoy!
