Easy Beef Fajita Skewers

We’re turning up the heat and the flavor with these easy beef fajita skewers. Simply marinate juicy flank steak, chunk it up and thread it onto skewers with an array of colorful veggies, then grill to perfection. So fast, so fire!

Ingredients

  • Steak and Marinade
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Skewers
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 sliced white onion
  • 2 jalapeños, deseeded and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, prep the marinade. Using a large plastic bag or sealed container, cover the meat with the marinade, and allow to marinate for at least two hours in the fridge.
  2. Chop your vegetables into approximately 2-inch pieces.
  3. Once the flank steak is properly marinated, chop it into 2-inch chunks.
  4. Soak your wooden skewers in water, then proceed to add on the vegetables and meat in alternating order until the skewers are adequately filled.
  5. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Enjoy!
