Perfect Air Fryer Ribeye Steaks

Soy sauce, butter, garlic, Black Angus ribeye, and an air fryer are all you need for a deliciously simple steak recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 1855 Black Angus Beef Ribeye Steaks
  • ½ Cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steaks in the soy sauce for approximately 30 minutes in the refrigerator. While your steak is marinating, in a small bowl combine the butter and garlic and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry. Rub the steaks with olive oil on both sides, being sure to distribute evenly.
  3. Put the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your steaks. Thicker steaks may take longer. Rest the steaks for approximately 10 minutes prior to serving. For medium-rare, the final temp should be 135°F, for medium, 145°F.
